Jakub Bober

Lawyer, expert in the field of Legal English, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Wroclaw, Ottawa and Warsaw.

Here I gained my knowledge:

  • at the University of Wroclaw. I have a master's degree in law (2014). I am also the graduate in the field of International Relations (2013);
  • at the Warsaw School of Economics. I am a graduate of the Postgraduate Studies "Academy of Companies" (2015);
  • at the University of Ottawa. I have Legal Master (LL.M.) with Concentration in Law and Technology (2016);
  • at the University of Warsaw. I am a graduate of the Postgraduate Intellectual Property Law Studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw.

Here I gained my experience:

  • jako stażysta Kancelarii „Iurico” we Wrocławiu;
  • at the "Linklaters" Law Firm in Warsaw - real estate department;
  • as the trainee of the European Commission in Brussels (Directorate General for Energy);
  • as the trainee of Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic;
  • as the employee of the KPG Keller Ksiazek Grodzinska Law Firm in Wroclaw;
  • as the employee of Dariusz Krupa Law Firm in Wroclaw.

My professional interests mainly include business law, real estate law, intellectual property and new technologies. I started my professional practice in leading Warsaw law offices dealing with real estate law and energy law.

I was the trainee of the European Commission. Then I went to Canada where I acquired the title of LL.M. in the field of new technology law at the University of Ottawa.  After returning to Poland, I mainly dealt with comprehensive legal services for business entities as well as preparation and analysis of commercial agreements also in English. I have experience in proceedings before common courts, arbitration courts and public administration bodies. I spend my free time on sports (in particular snowboarding, running and sailing) and charity activities.
